I saw this house when I first moved here. The seller started by asking way too much--sold it 2 years later for 48% less than originally listed. The new owner lived there less than a year before relisting it for 67% more than they paid for it. The only 'improvements' made to the house is someone drove into the fence surrounding the house breaking the fence.
